When choosing a therapist, always check their training, qualifications and experience.

I gained my Level 7 Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice from Liverpool John Moores University in 2024.

I became an Accredited Registrant - MNCPS (acc.) of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society in January 2025.

I have an enhanced DBS and Levels 3 and 4 Safeguarding Adults and Children courses.

I am committed to my ongoing training and development.

  • I qualified as an IFS (Internal Family Systems) psychotherapist, at Level 1, with IFS UK in February 2026.

  • I gained my Level 2 accreditation in Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) in 2024.

  • I qualified in email counselling at Foundation and Advanced level (Email Counselling Academy) in 2024.

  • I qualified in Rewind Trauma Therapy (with RASA) in 2025.

  • I qualified as an accredited Online and Telephone Counsellor (Counselling Tutor) in 2023.

  • I qualified as an ILM Development Coach in 2023.

I am currently completing courses in:

  • the ADHD Clinical Services Provider Certification Course (PESI UK)
