About Me

Hi, I’m Fiona, I’m a late-diagnosed neurodivergent psychotherapist - ADHD with autistic traits. I am warm, friendly and absolutely nonjudgmental. My approach is patient, understanding, and validating, but I have a wicked sense of humour, so there is often laughter in our sessions too!

If you’re autistic, have ADHD or AUDHD, I understand the impact this can have on your life, relationships and career - I get it and can support you. If you are struggling with work/life balance, with burnout, with stress and anxiety, I can help you find strategies that work for you.

I work with trauma and cPTSD, historic childhood abuse and emotional neglect, as well as coercive control in relationships. I have lived experience of these, and have done my own work in therapy - I understand how complex trauma can destroy your self-esteem, how anxiety can feel like it will never leave you, and how loud that negative inner voice can be. I know that things can get better when we work together, but I also understand how scary the thought of ‘going there’ is!

I work with Internal Family Systems, which is a gentle and effective therapy for trauma and childhood abuse, and I offer Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping), which can help with intrusive thoughts, rumination, negative thinking, self-esteem issues and much more.

This is Fiona
