About Me

Hi, I’m Fiona, I’m a neurodivergent counsellor/ psychotherapist, living close to the sea on the Wirral.

I have had some difficult life experiences myself, so I know how vulnerable it can feel, even making contact with a therapist. I am warm, friendly and non-judgmental - I can support you with your most difficult experiences, and hold a safe space for you, even when things get really tough. My approach is patient, understanding, and validating, and you might be surprised how much laughter there is in our sessions!

I am here to support you if you are autistic, have ADHD or other differences - you don’t need to explain or justify how your brain works, I understand. Being accepted as you are is core to my work.
